For nearly seven years, Nahimana Kittens has operated out of our home — a space filled with love, warmth, and the mystical belief that humans and animals meet each other for a reason.

But now, we’ve reached our limit.

​

To continue saving kittens responsibly — and to save more — we need a space built with intention:

​

• A calm, cage-free environment where kittens can heal, socialize, and thrive

• A welcoming adoption space where families can meet their new companions

• A home base for volunteers, programming, and community engagement

• A sanctuary where people can feel the joy, comfort, and connection these animals bring

 

This is the next chapter of Nahimana Kittens.

Our Goal: $45,000

​

We are launching a campaign to raise $45,000, which will directly support:

​

• NKR’s portion of the building lease

• Build-out and renovation of the rescue/adoption space

• Operating expenses for the first year, while we put programs in place to sustain the rescue long-term

 

This dedicated space will allow Nahimana Kittens to become financially independent and operationally stable, ensuring that we can rescue kittens for years to come.
